, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security‑related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will contribute to daily operations with a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative approach, while working with integrity and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting observations and reporting information through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observe visitor and employee activity, and assist with access control practices in support of site policies and daily operations.
• Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with staff and visitors, and assisting with security‑related requests as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
