Responsibilities
Maintain the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, associates, and assets. Stay a step (or five) ahead of potential situations, identify and manage them with professionalism and reasonable thinking in accordance with company policies. React appropriately or not react in extenuating circumstances, prioritizing calmness under pressure.
Qualifications- Minimum two years of similar work experience in safety and security operations.
- Post‑secondary diploma, degree, or industry‑related certifications preferred.
- Team player, detail oriented.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
$135,000 to $145,000
