Overview

Command Center Operator / Security Control Room Specialist We are seeking a highly professional Command Center Operator to support a premier corporate security program. The successful candidate will serve as a central coordination point for security operations, incident management, and facility-related issues while ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

• Monitor, assess, and manage responses to security incidents and client-related events.
• Conduct active CCTV monitoring and utilize video surveillance systems for both real-time incident detection and post-incident investigations.
• Follow documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, compliance, and effective response management.
• Serve as the central coordination point for system checks, equipment failures, and operational issues, tracking all matters through resolution and remediation.
• Collect, organize, and communicate information regarding building-related issues and operational concerns.
• Provide precise, timely, and accurate communications to internal and external stakeholders, particularly during high-pressure or emergency situations.

• Prior experience in a security operations center (SOC), command center, emergency communications center, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong CCTV and security systems experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with incident management, reporting, and tracking systems.
