Job Overview
Broadridge seeks a Facilities and Security Coordinator to maintain and service work facilities, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and its associates.
Responsibilities- Design, plan, construct, and maintain grounds and building infrastructure.
- Manage office space and furniture, central supply, mail, print services, cafeteria, and other services for associates.
- Ensure the physical security of the site, protecting assets and personnel.
- Monitor and control personnel access into the facility.
- Monitor and report event alarms from the access control and closed‑circuit television systems, /access badge issuance, and the historical log book.
- Respond to, evaluate, and resolve any event alarms received at the console monitoring station.
- Conduct roving patrol inspections of the facilities, both external and internal, and report procedural breaches or security issues to the appropriate Broadridge authority.
- Keep the Security Management Team informed of all security matters and issues as they pertain to the site and perform additional duties as directed.
- Work Saturdays through Wednesdays, 2PM–10PM (shift subject to change based on coverage and department needs).
- Travel as required and perform other related duties and functions as assigned by management.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of three years of experience in the security field, including military and/or law enforcement experience, or a recommendation from the hiring manager.
- Effective oral communication skills and written communication that is clear, concise, and professional.
- Knowledge of filing and phone courtesy.
- Journeyman computer proficiency, including typing and intermediate use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Teams.
- CPR qualification preferred.
Salary range: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (USD). Bonus eligible. Benefits information is available at
