, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic technology location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. - Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures and supporting access control, visitor management, and other security‑related activities at a technology‑focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, office areas, parking areas, and/or perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and other security‑related issues.
- Monitor entrances, exits, cameras, and/or alarm activity while helping to support established protocols for badge checks, property awareness, and authorized movement throughout the location.
- Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and assist with emergency response procedures, evacuations, and business continuity‑related support when needed.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
