Armed Security Agent
Location: Westchester County, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | In Person
Applicants must possess a valid New York State Armed Security License and either an unrestricted New York State pistol permit or a NYS Yellow Carry Card. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will be rejected. Please do not apply if you are still in the process of obtaining these credentials.
What You'll Do- Conduct proactive foot patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Maintain a highly visible security presence
- Monitor and control access to client properties
- Identify, assess, and respond appropriately to suspicious activity
- Enforce site policies and security procedures
- Respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, and critical incidents
- Assist employees, visitors, and clients with professionalism and courtesy
- Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely incident reports
- Valid New York State Armed Security License
- Valid unrestricted New York State pistol permit or a NYS Yellow Carry Card
- Ability to work assignments in Westchester
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
- Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or GED
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to successfully complete all required screenings and pre-employment training
