Security Guard -Officer

Responsibilities

• Patrol residential and commercial complexes both indoors and outdoors.
• Secure premises by inspecting buildings, equipment, access points, and monitoring surveillance equipment.
• Permit entry, report irregularities, and inform violators of policy and procedures.
• Deterrence of crime and prevention of loss and damage.
• Write incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide good customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Valid New York State Security license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (required).
• Prior security guard experience preferred; military or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Strong knowledge of incident reporting.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Brooklyn / Lower Manhattan – Full‑time/Part‑time positions.

Salary range: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
