Compensation Details:

$18.00-$22.00 per hour

Loss Prevention Officer

Friday - Tuesday 8:30pm-5:00am

• Oversee, observe, and supervise employees entering and exiting the building.
• Walk through and around the exterior of the entire facility conducting safety, hazard, and security audits.
• Continuously monitor the hazardous materials storeroom and clean up spills.
• Oversee and supervise the disposition of damaged items, load items onto push carts, and move them to a safe location.
• Walk throughout the facility and conduct general investigations, inventory counts, and cycle counts.
• Use computers and office equipment.
• Read Standard Operating Procedures, respond to fire and security alarms, and monitor CCTV.
• Provide training to other employees.
• Perform housekeeping duties, keep floors clean, and maintain neat work areas.

• Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
• Actively contribute to a successful safety culture in the facility.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
• Experience with CCTV preferred.
• Degree in Criminal Justice or 3‑5 years of practical experience in security, loss prevention, or law enforcement field preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, swing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
• CPR/First Aid certified or able to obtain certification through company‑provided training.
