Hotel Security Manager – Solomon Page, Brooklyn, NY

We’re looking for a vigilant, calm, and inspiring Security Manager to lead our Loss Prevention team at a luxury lifestyle property overlooking the East River. This role is ideal for a confident and people‑first leader who brings a strong command of safety protocols while maintaining a warm, guest‑focused approach.

• Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 annually
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time | Must be available for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as part of a 24-hour operation

• Oversee and coordinate all safety and security operations for guests, team members, and property assets
• Develop, train, and lead a team of security professionals to respond effectively and professionally in all situations
• Monitor security systems and conduct regular patrols and incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with local laws and internal safety standards
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to create and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
• Respond to and document emergency situations with speed, accuracy, and professionalism

• Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel security or loss prevention leadership
• Possesses a valid FLSD License (T-89 or F-89 required)
• Maintains composure and clear communication under pressure
• Is an expert multitasker who leads by example and uplifts their team
• Demonstrates high emotional intelligence, leadership presence, and discretion
• Is adaptable to the needs of a 24/7 hospitality environment

• Post‑secondary diploma or degree in criminal justice, hospitality, or a related field
• Additional industry safety/security certifications
