Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, post orders, and when appropriate, emergency response activities related to security-related incidents;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, helping to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention;
Support access control functions, assist visitors and staff, and deliver outstanding communication and customer service;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed;
Monitor activity and remain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents
