Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential security-related concerns to help support loss prevention and incident awareness;
Assist with access control, closing procedures, and/or crowd management during busy business hours, special events, or peak shopping periods
