Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting established site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points as assigned;
Monitor activity on the property and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Assist with access control, closing procedures, and/or crowd and line monitoring during busy shopping periods, special events, or peak business hours
