Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, as assigned.;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential risks that could impact customers, staff, merchandise, or property, and help to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and prompt reporting.;
Support retail operations by assisting with access control, opening and closing procedures, crowd monitoring during busy periods, and customer-facing security-related assistance as needed.
