Security Concierge

Overview

Surefox North America Inc. is a veteran‑owned company that values diversity and integrity. We are seeking experienced (full‑time or part‑time) Flex Security Agents to work across multiple Surefox locations. The Flex Security Agent supports multiple programs under the guidance of the Program Manager and Client’s Manager, providing observation, physical security, and overwatch to assigned clients.

• Maintain continuous observation of merchandise and high‑value assets.
• Provide a visible security presence to deter theft, tampering, and unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular patrols of exhibit areas, building floors, and designated storage locations.
• Interact professionally with staff, vendors, clients, and guests.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and promptly report concerns to management.
• Assist with access control and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Support event operations while maintaining exceptional customer service and discretion.
• Adhere to all company policies and site‑specific procedures.
• Contact the police or fire department in an emergency.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security and customer service.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain alert and professional for extended periods.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Pass extensive background check and drug screening;
  Surefox will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all state and local laws.
• CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages required.
• Current New York State security license.
• Valid and current driver’s license with clean driving record.

Preferred:
Executive Protection experience, military or law enforcement background, protecting high‑value assets, luxury retail, museums, or special events.

The officers operate professionally, maintaining a polished appearance and representing the organization with courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment at all times.

Provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while protecting valuable assets and supporting staff and guests with exceptional professionalism and vigilance.

Base Hourly Rate: $45.00.

Schedule:

ADHOC / On‑call, Part‑time bench.

401(k) available (optional).
