Site Supervisor – Retail Security (Lake Grove, NY)

$20.09/hr | Full-Time | Afternoon & Evening Shifts | Weekends Required

Are you a reliable, motivated leader looking to grow in the security industry? We're hiring a Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations at a busy shopping center in Lake Grove, NY.

This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who thrives on staying active, leading by example, and maintaining a strong security presence in a retail environment.

Position Highlights:

Pay: $20.09 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Available Schedules:

• Friday, Saturday 2p-10p, Sunday 10:30am-6:30pm, Monday and Tuesday 2pm-10pm
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 4pm-12am

Must be available weekends and evenings

What You'll Do:

Supervise and lead a small on-site security team

Perform regular foot patrols throughout the shopping center

Ensure team members are alert, professional, and meeting site expectations

Respond promptly to incidents, escalate when needed, and complete reports

Act as the primary point of contact between the site and security management

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership skills in a security or similar role

Physically able to walk and stand for the full shift (this is an active role)

Reliable, professional, and punctual

Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Must have reliable transportation to Lake Grove, NY

Note:

This position requires a high level of visibility and on-foot engagement. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet for the entire shift and walking large retail areas.
