F02 Guards for Bronx Women's Facility(Operations)

A&H Security is seeking dedicated, mostly female, security guards for a sensitive location. Candidates must demonstrate patience and understanding while maintaining a firm presence. Responsibilities include patrolling, observing clients, and deescalating incidents.

• Valid F02 Fire Guard certificate issued by the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) is mandatory on hire.
• Strong understanding of fire safety principles and regulations.
• Ability to direct and control a crowd in an indoor setting.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols and procedures accurately.
• Physical ability to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies as needed.
