Under the authority of the Mayor and the administrative hierarchy, the agent occupies a versatile technical territorial deputy position and carries out varied missions necessary for the smooth operation of communal services. The agent is involved in the maintenance of public restrooms and school buildings, the supervision of the playground, as well as in the reception and operation of the school library.
The agent may also participate occasionally in the needs of technical services and in the organization of communal events. For a total of 8 hours per week, the agent also performs duties as a Public Way Surveillance Agent (ASVP): surveillance of the public way and communal spaces, control of parking within the limits of their competence, prevention, information of the residents, and reporting of anomalies or risky situations.
Full-time position: 36 hours per week.
- Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of public restrooms and school buildings;
- Ensure the supervision of the playground and ensure the safety of children;
- Participate in the reception of the public and the smooth operation of the school library;
- Ensure missions of surveillance of the public way and communal spaces within the framework of the ASVP functions;
- Control and record infractions to parking within their competence;
- Inform and guide the residents, prevent incivilities, and report anomalies, degradations, or risky situations;
- Participate in the surveillance of communal events and the surroundings of public buildings;
- Provide occasional reinforcement to municipal technical services and participate in the needs related to communal events and events.
