Burlington - 1440 Central Avenue - Responsibilities:
Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities;
Greet customers and interact in a confident, friendly manner while enforcing safety procedures;
Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates as required;
Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty promptly;
Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and maintain professional appearance and behavior
