Part Time

$33.70 / Hour

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of stations, platforms, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, screen for restricted-area entry concerns, and verify credentials and/or authorizations in accordance with location policies and post orders.
• Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with post requirements, remain prepared to respond to escalated situations, and support requested security-related actions within the scope of assigned duties.

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
