Job Skills / RequirementsWe are excited to announce an opening for an F02 / Security Officer in NYC, NY to join our dynamic team. We are seeking dedicated F02 / Security Officers to ensure safety and security at shelter facilities in the NYC area. The F02 Officer will work closely with staff to implement effective access control, verifying individuals entering and exiting the premises.
Key responsibilities include verbal de-escalation of conflicts and promptly reporting any unusual occurrences. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate the facility during emergencies.
Applicants must have at least one year of shelter facility experience and a valid CPR/First Aid certification. They should also be willing to complete De-escalation training, DHS 40-hour Shelter Officer training, Narcan, and Mandated Reporter training. Join us in supporting community safety and well-being.

Requirements:
- Valid NYS Security License
- F02 Certification

Compensation: Compensation for this role is set and is not subject to negotiation.
