Position Summary

Crisis
24 is seeking a professional, service-oriented Executive Driver to support a senior corporate executive in New York City. This position is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and situational awareness.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic executive environment. This role requires flexibility, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to security, logistics, and client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secure and professional transportation for the principal throughout New York City and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct route planning and identify primary and alternate routes based on traffic, events, weather, and security considerations.
  • Maintain continuous situational awareness while transporting the principal.
  • Coordinate closely with Executive Protection personnel, executive assistants, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, fueling, and operational readiness at all times.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly address maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor local conditions that may impact travel plans or executive movements.
  • Support airport arrivals, departures, meetings, and special events as required.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive schedules, locations, and business activities.
  • Assist with logistics, reservations, and other administrative support related to executive travel when required.

This position serves as a trusted extension of the executive team and is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless transportation while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of professional executive driving, executive protection, chauffeur, law enforcement, military, or related experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of New York City roadways, traffic patterns, and executive transportation best practices.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Executive Protection experience.
  • Protective driving or advanced driving certifications.
  • Military, law enforcement, or corporate security background.
  • CPR, First Aid, or other emergency medical certifications.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives, family offices, or high-net-worth individuals.
