As Senior Business Development Lead, you will deeply understand enterprise customers’ core compliance and regulatory challenges. This role extends beyond a traditional sales function and bridges into a deployment strategist function. Success will come by serving as a trusted partner of enterprise customers to design onchain compliance solutions that meet the business, legal, and regulatory requirements of their financial products.

• Close six-figure annual recurring contracts with fintechs, financial institutions, and web3 companies

• Manage a pipeline across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and contract close

• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into concrete product and technical decisions in coordination with customer engineering, compliance, and legal stakeholders

• Provide strategic guidance on compliance architecture decisions including freeze and blacklist designs, KYC/KYB workflows, and AML/CFT screening approaches

• Identify, structure, and manage strategic partnerships that expand Predicate's distribution and product

• Collaborate with Predicate engineering and product teams to relay customer and partner feedback into the roadmap

• Contribute to the development and refinement of Predicate's go-to-market strategy as a senior member of the business team

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within crypto, fintech, or regulated financial infrastructure

• Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing complex, technical, enterprise-level agreements

• Excitement to architect solutions with enterprise customers, through the design process until commercials close

• Ability to translate ambiguous regulatory and compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance for customer teams

• Strong understanding of, or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, blockchain infrastructure and the regulatory landscape governing digital assets

• An existing professional network within crypto, fintech, or financial services
