Monday – Friday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM Saturday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PMSunday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PMJob OverviewA2A Security is looking for a dedicated and sophisticated Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious luxury retail establishment in Manhattan. The ideal candidate should have a strong emphasis on customer service, ensure a secure environment, and help cultivate an inviting atmosphere for shoppers while effectively preventing theft and other unauthorized activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain a visible security presence at the store's entrance.
* Actively deter theft, shoplifting, and other suspicious behaviors through vigilant observation and proactive interaction.
* Warmly welcome clients as they arrive.
* Provide a positive farewell to clients as they exit the store.
* Vigilantly monitor customer flow and stay aware of happenings in the entrance vicinity.
* Log incidents, report suspicious activities, and relay security issues to management.
* Uphold a professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Qualifications
* A valid New York State Security Guard License is required.
* At least 2 years of experience in high-end retail security is mandatory.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
* Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
* Capability to stand for prolonged periods is necessary.

Uniform Requirements Candidates must possess and maintain the following professional attire:
* Black suit
* White dress shirt
* Black tie
* Black dress shoes

Preferred Skills
* Previous experience in luxury retail settings.
* Comfort interacting with high-profile clients.
* Strong observation and loss prevention abilities.

Compensation Competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 based on experience.
