Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, support package and delivery procedures when applicable, and document security-related events, observations, and/or resident concerns according to site guidelines.
