Security Officer Part Time Housing Patrol

Location: New York

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior according to site protocols.;
Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining logs, assisting with crowd and line management, and providing clear directions and information to the public and/or site personnel.
