Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, tenants, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a commercial media property;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of offices, production areas, parking facilities, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and respond to access control issues involving restricted and high-traffic areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate;
Maintain required armed officer licensing and handle assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, training, and site procedures; document patrols and incidents accurately
