Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors in accordance with healthcare location procedures.;
Assist with visitor management, including directing guests to appropriate departments and communicating access-related concerns to designated personnel.;
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.
