Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and patrons by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a library environment.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and reporting requirements.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public areas, staff spaces, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit procedures for visitors, deliveries, and authorized personnel.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
