Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and building personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, lobbies, parking facilities, loading docks, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery or contractor entry in accordance with site policies; report unusual conditions and assist with directing authorized personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, incident documentation, and shift communications for building management and Allied Universal leadership
