Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity in accordance with site policies, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs while communicating professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
