Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions in accordance with site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and provide information or assistance to support orderly building operations.;
Maintain required firearms qualifications and follow all applicable laws, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific procedures for armed posts.
