Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property interiors, parking areas, common areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.;
Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.
