Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, patrons, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and reporting requirements.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of public areas, reading rooms, entrances, exits, stairwells, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and assist with access control procedures for staff-only areas, deliveries, and special events in accordance with site policies.;
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
