Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, staff, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific access procedures.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
