Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel public areas, guest corridors, parking areas, entrances, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.;
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in accordance with site-specific procedures.
