Job Details
The Safety and Security Officer ensures the safety of all staff, visitors and patients in the Hospital.
Responsibilities:
* Patrols the Hospital and grounds
* Monitors visitors, lighting and illegal parking
* Reviews conditions of the parking fields, curbing and sidewalks.
* Enforces all security regulations and is part of the Hospital Emergency Management Response Team.
* Writes incident reports as required and performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED
* Security Officer License in NYS.
* Previous experience in Law Enforcement preferred.
* Valid Driver's License is required.
Salary Range
USD $25.00 - USD $29.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
