Payments Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a tech-forward Payments Compliance Analyst to execute and optimize our compliance operations. This role handles core merchant underwriting, annual reviews,administrative modifications, and BSA/AML alert investigations with a focus on speed, accuracy,and continuous improvement.

• Merchant Underwriting:
  Conduct due diligence. Identify ways to automate and accelerate the onboarding flow.
• Annual Merchant Reviews:
  Perform annual compliance reviews and handle merchant outreach. Iterate on tracking and communication methods to reduce manual effort.
• Administrative Modifications:
  Process bank account changes
• BSA/AML Case Disposition:
  Analyze BSA/AML alerts with an investigative mindset
• Customer Outreach:
  Maintain professional communications with Customers to resolve compliance issues
• Process Automation & Optimization:
  Audit daily routines to identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks. Leverage AI tools to help scale team operations.

We are targeting a starting salary of $64,000 - $86,000 based on the intended level for this role.
