The Opportunity

As a Security Risk & Engineering
- Tech and Cyber Risk & Compliance
- Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex regulatory landscapes, enhancing their internal controls, and mitigating risks effectively. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and providing strategic guidance on compliance strategies. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the development and implementation of compliance strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
  • Managing cybersecurity risk management initiatives to protect client data and systems
  • Overseeing compliance program implementation and conducting compliance audits to confirm adherence to regulatory standards
  • Providing strategic guidance on anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention measures
  • Coordinating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into compliance frameworks
  • Directing teams through challenging situations, maintaining composure and clarity in decision-making
  • Applying analytical thinking to identify and address underlying compliance risks and opportunities
  • Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that communicate compliance strategies effectively
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support compliance and governance objectives
  • Promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior through training and development initiatives
What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of experience

  • Demonstrating advanced skills in cybersecurity risk management
  • Utilizing ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
  • Applying analytical thinking to solve complex regulatory challenges

  • Directing teams through ambiguity with composure and strategic questioning

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
