Delaware Valley Job Corps, Callicoon, NY $20.11 per hour | Full-Time | Sat-Sun 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon 3pm-12am, Tues-Wed 11:30pm-8:30am Thurs & Friday OFF

Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We are a Center which uses student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for each individual we serve.

• Lead and supervise the Safety & Security team to keep students and staff safe
• Conduct investigations of incidents and accidents, implementing measures to prevent recurrence
• Ensure compliance with PRH, OSHA, and other safety directives
• Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve hazards
• Oversee security, visitor control, and student accountability
• Coordinate staff coverage to maintain supervised student areas
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth center operations
• Mentor students and model Career Success Standards
• Maintain accurate reports and data on safety, security, and incidents

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in military, law enforcement, or security required
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain a safe and structured environment
• Valid in-state driver's license required and must meet Company insurability requirements
