• Utilize CCTV and surveillance tools to monitor the store, identify suspicious activities, and deter theft or vandalism.
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the sales floor, particularly in high-value sections, to ensure adherence to security protocols and the integrity of safety measures.
• Manage access points using advanced control systems, confirming the credentials of employees, vendors, and guests to maintain security standards.
• Act swiftly in emergencies by executing established protocols such as first aid, CPR, AED operation, or fire safety measures, coordinating with emergency responders as required.
• Document incidents thoroughly in reports, noting any security violations, unusual behaviors, or safety concerns encountered during your shifts.
• Carry out background checks on prospective employees or vendors to ensure compliance with security policies during the hiring process.
• Implement loss prevention tactics by identifying theft risks and executing preventive measures in accordance with company policies.

• A minimum of one year in security roles, particularly within luxury retail, law enforcement, military, or similar fields is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and access control technologies.
• Preferred certifications in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser usage; ability to confidently manage emergency medical situations.
• Physical capability to handle tasks that involve lifting and extended periods of patrolling while remaining vigilant.
• Strong conflict resolution skills paired with effective techniques to de-escalate potential issues.
• Familiarity with emergency response protocols, including fire safety practices and heavy lifting safety regulations.
• Proficient in drafting clear and accurate incident reports promptly after any occurrences or irregularities during shifts.
• Awareness of legal requirements relating to security practices and compliance standards specific to luxury retail settings.
