Primary PurposeThe Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst supports Tapestry's global security operations by monitoring and assessing events that may impact employees, executives, travelers, stores, offices, facilities, and business operations. The Analyst supports threat and protective intelligence, emergency communications, executive travel monitoring, CCTV, access control, incident reporting, Asset Protection analytics, special events, and emergency preparedness.

Threat & Protective Intelligence- Monitor domestic and global threats that may impact Tapestry people, locations, assets, or operations.
- Monitor threat matrices and intelligence sources for crime, civil unrest, terrorism, severe weather, geopolitical events, and other emerging risks.
- Support protective intelligence and executive travel through pre-travel and real-time monitoring.
- Prepare timely situational awareness reports and elevate significant concerns.
- Utilize emergency communication tools, threat monitoring, and incident response platforms.
- Identify employees, stores, facilities, and travelers potentially affected by emerging events.
- Prepare and distribute targeted security and emergency notifications.
- Participate in emergency notification tests, tabletop exercises, and other preparedness activities.
- Monitor CCTV systems at Corporate HQ and remotely accessible Tapestry stores and facilities.
- Conduct video review in support of investigations, theft, safety matters, and security incidents.
- Support CCTV troubleshooting, security equipment repair requests, and system maintenance.
- Coordinate system issues with appropriate internal teams and vendors.
- Support Tapestry's electronic access control and identification card systems.
- Assist with activations, deactivations, permissions, troubleshooting, and auditing.
- Identify and elevate unusual or potentially unauthorized access activity.
- Monitor incident reports, shrink information, and other incoming Asset Protection intelligence.
- Maintain accurate incident documentation and ensure appropriate escalation.
- Support reporting and analysis used to identify theft, shrink, and security trends.
- Assist Asset Protection teams with research and analytical requests.
- Provide monitoring and intelligence support for executive, board, corporate, employee, and brand events.
- Monitor civil disturbances, crime, severe weather, transportation disruptions, and other event-related concerns.
- Maintain communication with security personnel and internal stakeholders during significant events.
- Document and elevate security-related activity as appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Intelligence Studies or equivalent experience will be considered.
- GSOC, corporate security, Asset Protection, intelligence, law enforcement, military, or emergency management experience.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
- Experience with Alert Media, ThinkLP, CCTV, access control, or comparable technologies preferred.
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed or global organization preferred.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze multiple information sources and identify potential security concerns.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Sound judgment and ability to remain composed during critical incidents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new security and analytical technologies.
