Armed Security Officer

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer to provide visible patrol and strong deterrence at client sites. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, control access, monitor for suspicious activity, and respond to alarms and incidents in a calm, professional manner. You will complete accurate incident and daily activity reports, communicate with clients and the public, and follow strict firearms safety and use-of-force protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-visibility armed foot and vehicle patrols to deter criminal activity and safety hazards
• Control access to client facilities, verify identification, and enforce site policies
• Monitor premises and report suspicious activity, safety violations, and security risks
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established post orders
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and local authorities as needed
• Follow all firearms, use-of-force, and safety protocols
• Participate in required training and maintain all licenses and certifications
• Inspect and maintain security equipment, radios, and vehicles
• Support a culture of vigilance, integrity, and customer service
