Job Description: We are seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team at a busy waterpark in the Catskills. This role is ideal for individuals who are alert, customer-focused, and comfortable working in an outdoor, high-traffic environment. Security personnel will play a key role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the waterpark and surrounding areas
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure proper access control
• Provide a visible security presence to deter incidents
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
• Write clear, accurate, and timely incident reports
• Enforce site policies and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State Security Guard License (required)
• CPR Certification (preferred)
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Schedule & Environment:

• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Weekends and holidays required
• Outdoor work environment with high guest interaction

High School Diploma or High School Equivalency

CPR/AED/First aid
NYS Security Guard License
