Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate school personnel and emergency responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, assisting with directing visitors and reporting suspicious or unauthorized behavior.;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and responding personnel regarding incidents and observations.
