Security Operations Manager

A growing security services organization is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee a large multi-site portfolio across New York City. This role combines client management, workforce leadership, and operational oversight for a high-volume security operation.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience in the security industry
• You have a New York State driver’s license
• You have managed multi-site operations with large teams and complex staffing needs
• You have strong client relationships and employee management skills
• You are organized, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments
• You are comfortable handling after-hours issues and emergency situations

What You'll Do

• Oversee operations across 30-35 security accounts and up to 150 personnel
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and coverage across multiple locations
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure service expectations are met
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality reviews
• Recruit, coach, and support security personnel
• Respond to operational issues, staffing challenges, and emergencies as required

• Sites remain properly staffed with minimal service disruptions
• Clients receive responsive service and consistent operational support
• Employees are well-trained, engaged, and accountable
• Scheduling, coverage, and operational processes run efficiently across the portfolio
• Service standards are maintained across all assigned accounts

Salary Range: $80,000 - $9 0,000 (annually based on experience)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
