Mobile Patrol Security Guard – Full Time

Location: Long Island City, NY

Pay: $17.00 per hour

One Service is seeking a full-time Mobile Patrol Security Guard for a property in Long Island City, NY. The specific workdays and hours are currently being finalized with the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile patrols of the property, including driving through a rooftop parking lot.
• Complete required hourly security scans.
• Monitor the property and address unauthorized persons.
• Professionally approach and direct homeless or other unauthorized individuals to leave private property.
• Report security concerns and incidents as required.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS Security Guard Registration Card.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving as an essential part of the position.
• Dependable and able to communicate professionally with the public.

Pay is currently $17.00 per hour and will increase effective January 1, 2027, to the applicable rate required under NYC Local Law 61.

The customer has expressed a preference for male guards. All qualified applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable employment laws.
