Security Officer Flex Corporate Lobby Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.;
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with property management and onsite stakeholders.
