Bill Lake Modular Homes is hiring a Trim Carpenter to join our high-performing residential construction team in Sprakers, NY. In this role, you'll take the lead in the final stage of modular home construction—bringing character, craftsmanship, and polish to every detail. • Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to execute finish carpentry plans.
• Measure, cut, and install interior trim elements such as baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings.
• Use hand tools and pneumatic tools with accuracy and safety.
• Ensure precision and high-quality execution of joints, angles, and finishes.
• Identify and solve challenges during installation to maintain workmanship standards.
• Work collaboratively with framing and other trade teams to maintain project flow.

• 1+ years of trim carpentry or related residential interior work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Skilled in reading blueprints and operating standard hand/power tools.
• Experience with ladders and working at heights.
• Personal hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
