HVAC Installer​/Technician

Overview

Arctic Air Services is a growing HVAC company looking for a skilled HVAC Technician / Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants steady work with the opportunity to grow into a more consistent, long-term position as the company continues to expand. At the moment, work may not be available every single day, but as we take on more projects and increase our customer base, this position has strong potential to become more frequent and consistent.

• Experience with HVAC installations and/or service (residential primarily).
• Ability to install mini-splits, split systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers (service experience is a plus).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• EPA certification is a plus (not required depending on experience).

• Part-time / flexible schedule.
• Work availability may vary week to week.

• Does side work.
• Is transitioning between companies.
• Wants to grow with a company rather than just clock hours.
