Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will lead and oversee daily operations of the service team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service and efficient project management. Responsibilities include managing service schedules, supervising service technicians, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring timely completion of all projects.

Additional duties include developing and managing maintenance programs, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in team leadership and project management within the plumbing, heating, or HVAC industries
  • Ability to develop service schedules, oversee maintenance programs, and ensure quality control
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for addressing customer needs and coaching team members
  • Knowledge of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repairs
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and safety regulations in the service industry
  • Proficient in organizational skills, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Experience with using service management software is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required; certification in plumbing or HVAC systems preferred
